Chocolate Weet-Bix Biscuits

These Weet-Bix biscuits are a lot like Afghans. Baked with butter, brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour and crushed Weet-Bix then iced with your favourite chocolate icing.

- 190g butter
- 1/3 cup (60g) brown or raw sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons (30g) cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) self raising flour
- 60g crushed Weet-Bix(TM)

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to form a stiff mixture. Roll into balls and put on a baking tray. Slightly flatten with a fork.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool then ice with chocolate icing.
Slice
You can also make into a slice by pressing dough into a greased baking tin.
