We had some leftover pepper jack cheese, and colby..used it too. Cheesy deliciousness. We went slim on the ham so it would tickle the taste buds...the Dijon gave it a wow factor..tasty! - 09 Nov 2013
Dijon mustard plays well with ham and swiss, no need for any other dressing. All flavors were tasted clearly. Good lunch sandwich. - 13 May 2013
