Yum, Yum, these were a big hit! We put 1 1/2 tsp.Dijon mustard stirred into one cube un-salted butter, spread onto one side of the sourdough bread that would be the toasted side, the other half to be toasted with plain un-salted butter, It was....Great....made 22 of them for church group. one gal commented, that was the best toasted ham..ever! We had some leftover pepper jack cheese, and colby..used it too. Cheesy deliciousness. We went slim on the ham so it would tickle the taste buds...the Dijon gave it a wow factor..tasty! - 09 Nov 2013

Dijon mustard plays well with ham and swiss, no need for any other dressing. All flavors were tasted clearly. Good lunch sandwich. - 13 May 2013
