Avacado Salmon Pasta

    This creamy salmon pasta has butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, cooked salmon and avocado to make a creamy sauce that is poured over your favourite pasta.

    Serves: 4 

    • 300g pasta
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 300ml cream
    • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
    • salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
    • 1 cup cooked salmon, diced
    • 1 avocado, diced

    1. In a saucepan, rapidly boil the pasta until done, 8-10 minutes, drain. In another saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cream then bring to a gentle boil. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    2. Add the salmon and avocado then move them around gently until warmed through. Serve over the pasta.
