To make these gluten free chocolate chip biscuits you will need gluten free flour, baking powder and xantham gum, available in health food shops.
I have made these delicious cookies twice now, omitted the xantham gum because I didn't have any, so doubled the amount of gluten-free flour, which worked pretty well to hold things together.
