This is a great lasagne recipe I make using leftover spaghetti sauce. It makes cooking dinner much quicker and lasagne not such a hard dish to make.
leftover pasta sauce, about 2 cups
1 box of lasagne sheets
1 batch of bechemel sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese
garlic bread seasoning
- In a baking dish add a layer of the bechemal sauce, then a layer of the lasagne noodles, then the pasta sauce. Repeat until all the pasta sauce is gone.
- Finish with a layer of bechemel sauce then sprinkle with grated cheese and sprinkle with garlic bread seasonong to add flavour to the cheese topping.
- Bake in an oven at 180 degrees until the lasagne sheets have softened, about 45 minutes.
To reduce the cooking time heat up the leftover pasta sauce before doing the layers.
