Breakfast Sausage Rolls

    These yummy breakfast sausage rolls are quick and easy to prepare. Simple with only five ingredients: sausages, puff pastry, milk, salt and pepper.

    Serves: 8 

    • 500g pork sausages
    • 500g puff pastry
    • milk
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:1hour 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Roll out pastry then divide into 5cm rows. Peel skin off sausages then divide into equal pieces. Lightly roll in hand with a bit of flour.
    3. Roll on pastry then pinch closed. Cut away any excess. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Poke with a fork, brush with milk then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden. Cool before serving.
