This easy pork schnitzel is crumbed with flour, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs then fried in vegetable oil until golden. Enjoy with your favourite gravy. Yum.
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture onto a large plate. Pour the breadcrumbs onto another plate. In a bowl, combine the eggs and milk. Pour enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of a frying pan into a frying pan over high heat.
Remove any visible fat from the pork chops. One at a time, dust with flour mixture, coat with egg mixture then cover with breadcrumbs. Set aside. Turn frying pan to medium-high heat then add chops. Fry for about 5 minutes per side or until golden and juices run clear.
Remove from frying pan then drain and blot with paper towels. Serve with gravy.
