    Pakoras are a great Indian snack or appetiser that are usually served with chutney but tomato sauce is also good.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 cup chickpea flour
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 bunch fresh spinach, finely chopped
    • 2 potatoes, finely chopped
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 teaspoon pomegrante seeds
    • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • salt to taste

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Mix all of the above ingredients well. Heat some oil in a frypan and add the mixture by large spoonfuls. Fry until one side is brown, then flip and fry the other side. Serve with chutney.
