Cream together the flour, semolina, egg yolks, sugar and butter with a wooden spoon, then, adding coconut milk as needed (not too much), knead to form a stiff dough. Cover with a cloth or plastic wrap and let stand for at least 1 hour.
Form the dough into small (about 3cm) balls. Using a greased fork, roll the balls into tiny logs leaving a pattern on them. Deep fry in hot oil until they are lightly brown, about 5 minutes.
