An all-time favourite pudding that has sweet stewed fruits with a crunchy topping! This recipe is gluten and egg free. Add ice-cream and custard for a warm winter treat.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and grease a deep 1.5 liter ovenproof dish.
In a large saucepan, cook the fruit, sugar and water covered until the fruit is just tender (about 10 minutes). Drain the fruit and discard the liquid.
Place the fruit into the ovenproof dish and sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the entire dish. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.

In a food processor, blend the almond meal, rice flour, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
