Mouse traps are a quick and easy meal. Cheese, tomatoes, onion and basil grilled to golden on toasty bread.

Ingredients
Makes: 6 mouse traps
- 6 slices of bread
- 6 slices of tomato
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups cheese, grated
- fresh basil

- Lay bread on a baking tray and grill at about 200 degrees C on one side only until golden. Remove from oven and flip over.
- Sprinkle onion and cheese on bread. Top with tomato and basil.
- Grill until golden brown (about 5 minutes) then cut into triangles or soldiers and serve.
Tip
Adjust the ingredient amounts to taste.
