Bacon and Egg Mouse Traps

Makes: 6 mouse traps
- 6 slices of bread
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 rashers of bacon, diced
- 1 cup cheese, grated

- In a bowl, combine egg, bacon and cheese.
- Lay bread on baking tray. Grill until toasted on the top side only at about 200 degrees C. Flip bread over.
- Spread mixture on soft side of the bread and grill until golden brown (about 5 minutes)
