Ingredients
Makes: 24 cupcakes
- 1 packet devils food cake mix
- 1 packet instant chocolate pudding mix
- 11/2 teaspoon black coffee
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (not olive oil)
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 4 eggs , beaten

- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Place large patty pans in cupcake baking tray. Evenly distribute mixture over 24 patty pans.
- Bake at 165 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes then turn onto wire tray.
- Allow to cool thoroughly before icing. To make things really easy I used Duncan Hines pre-prepared icing and decorated with shaved chocolate.
