A nice summer salsa that's a little more filling. Serve with plenty of tortilla chips - this is very addictive!
1,420g can black-eye or red kidney beans

1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, seeds removed and chopped
50g diced jalapeno peppers or to taste
1 400g can diced tomatoes, drained
250ml (1 cup) Italian-style salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

In a medium bowl, combine black-eye beans, black beans, corn, onion, green pepper, jalapeno peppers and tomatoes. Season with Italian-style salad dressing and garlic salt; mix well. Cover, and refrigerate overnight to blend flavours.
