Beef and Spinach Pocket

    The fastest lunch ever! This recipe uses leftover spaghetti bolognese sauce and fresh baby spinach leaves thrown inside half a piece of pitta bread.

    • 1/2 cup leftover spaghetti bolognese sauce
    • 1/2 piece pita bread pocket
    • handfull fresh baby spinach leaves, washed and mostly dried

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:1min  ›  Ready in:6min 

    1. Open up the pocket part of the piece of pita bread on a plate.
    2. Heat leftover sauce in microwave for 30 seconds.
    3. Spoon and smear onto the inside bottom half of the pita bread pocket.
    4. Place the spinach leaves on top of the sauce then serve!
