Very easy to make but I think I missed something as it turned out very thin and not very lemony and a little on the chewy side. Possibly didn't adjust the oven temps correctly for fan-forced. - 07 Jan 2013

I didn't make the crust (used my own recipe!) but made a great chocolate filling for my tart based off this recipe (I hade a firm request for chocolate from my boyfriend)! I substituted coffee for the lemon juice and cocoa powder for the flour. Whisked and it was a perfect texture! Tasty and EASY! (I garnished with dark chocolate shavings and a bit of confectioners sugar). Thanks for the inspiration and can't wait to try the original lemon! - 19 Jul 2017
