Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Puree until almost smooth and well combined, but still with a bit of texture.
Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight for the best results.
Made this sauce for a summer BBQ about a week ago and used it last night. Delicious and really offsets the flavour of the steak I served it with. I would recommend hand chopping or very lightly blending to make it a more chunky sauce. - 05 Dec 2012
