Curried Devilled Eggs

    These curried devilled eggs remind me of my childhood when we used to make them for picnics, now I use then whenever I need an extra salad.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 hard boiled eggs
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
    • a few drops of Worcestershire sauce

    Preparation:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Cut the eggs in half lengthways then remove the yolks and crumble with a fork.
    2. Add to the egg yolk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, curry powder, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
    3. Mix well and spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
