This is a recipe for Gado Gado sauce, however it is great sauce for many Asian-style salads, vegetables, tofu and meats. It only has four ingredients and can be made very quickly.
This is a very tasty sauce for steamed vegetables, tempeh and tofu. You can play around with the quantities of each item to suit your tastes. I like it with extra chilli.
