This is a twist on the traditional caramel slice..My husband loves caramel slice and I find this is a quicker way to make it and easy to make bulk amounts.This recipe makes a slice roughly 25cm x 35cm but measurements can be halved. Stored in the fridge this will last a week (if there is any left after first day :) )
Use reduced fat condensed milk and a low fat margarine to lower the calories.
