A combination between guacamole and hommous, this dip is so healthy for you! Blob it over salads or dip into it with toasted pita triangles or celery sticks.

Makes: 2 cups

  • 3 small avocadoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 can chick peas
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil (or olive oil)
  • 40 gram mini-tub Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of concentrated liquid smoke

  1. Scoop out the avocado flesh and combine with the juice of the lemon.
  2. Throw all ingredients into a food processor and blend to a smooth consistency.

Serving suggestion

Serve as a dip with toasted Pita triangles or carrot and celery sticks or use as a sandwich spread. You could also add more lemon juice and olive oil to transform this into a salad dressing.
