    My favourite breakfast! Just crack the top, stir in a bit of salt and eat with toast soldiers. To get the yolk in the centre stir during the first minute or so of cooking.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 eggs
    • 2 pieces of toast

    Directions
    Preparation:1min  ›  Cook:3min  ›  Ready in:4min 

    1. Put your whole eggs in a small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
    2. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from water and place in an egg cup. With a knife, crack around the tops. Remove tops.
    3. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toast soldiers.
