Bubble and Squeak Leftovers

    This recipe is great for your leftover mashed potatoes. Add any veges you have, but I like peas and cabbage is traditional.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 cups mashed potatoes
    • 1/2 cup peas
    • 1/2 cup cabbage, cooked
    • Anything else

    Preparation:2min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:12min 

    1. In a bowl, mix all your leftover veges into your potatoes. You can mix in meat too, just cut it into small bits.
    2. Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan over medium. Add the potato mixture.
    3. When bottom is brown, flip. Do this until it is warm through. Serve.
