Lentil Soup Sauce for Pasta

This is one of the easiest pasta sauces around but it's a great idea and very tasty! All you need is lentil soup.

Ingredients

Serves: 6 

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 tins (400g) lentil soup
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain, but do not rinse, and return to the saucepan. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, heat the lentil soup. Stir the lentil soup and pasta together and season with black pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
