    Use this rosemary gravy over your favourite rissoles. A mixture of beef stock, cream, flour, soy sauce, rosemary and pepper make a white gravy that tastes great.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 cup beef stock
    • 1 cup thickened cream
    • 3 tablespoons plain flour
    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
    • 320g meatball rissoles, pre cooked

    1. Whisk together the beef stock, cream, flour, soy sauce, black pepper and rosemary in a large saucepan until smooth. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the meatballs then continue cooking until meatballs are heated through, about 5 more minutes.
