75g flour
50g butter
75g cheese, grated
1 teaspoon baking soda
salt and pepper to taste
milk, to bind

Sift flour, rub in butter and add cheese, baking soda, salt and pepper.
Mix into a stiff paste with milk.
Roll out to 3mm thick. Cut into long narrow pieces. Bake on baking tray at 215 degrees C for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
