    This Kiwi treat is everywhere in NZ, made from malt biscuits and fruit puffs. Finding it in the Cook Islands or in Australia is a bit more tough.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 100g butter
    • 250g malt biscuits, crushed
    • 200g sweetened condensed milk
    • 180g fruit puffs, chopped
    • dessicated coconut

    Directions
    Preparation:20min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours20min 

    1. Mix together butter, biscuits, milk and puffs.
    2. Shape into a log then roll in coconut.
    3. Place in fridge until firm. Cut into rounds.

    Tip

    You can use Eskimo lollies instead of fruit puffs if you like.
