Lolly Cake (Lolly Log)

    Mum always called it lolly log! This not to sweet log has malt biscuits and fruit puffs or eskimo lollies.

    Serves: 12 

    • 125g butter
    • 180g fruit puffs, cut into 4
    • 1/2 cup (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
    • 250g malt biscuits, crushed
    • dessicated coconut

    Preparation:15min  ›  Extra time:1hour chilling  ›  Ready in:1hour15min 

    1. Melt butter, stir in condensed milk, cool.
    2. Stir in fruit puffs and crushed biscuits. Shape into a log, then roll in coconut.
    3. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into slices. Serve.
