This easy chicken dinner is simple. The flavour is not too rich but tastes like you spent the whole day making it.

Serves: 4 

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (420g) tin cream of mushroom condensed soup
  • 190ml milk
  • 120g cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 100g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:35min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Add olive oil to large frying pan, over medium-high heat. Brown chicken breasts and saute onions and mushrooms.
  2. Add the garlic, cherry tomatoes, milk and condensed soup, and mix.
  3. Cover and let simmer for 30-40 minutes.


Serve over rice, pasta or with potatoes.
