    Chicken Schnitzel with : Fresh Ginger , Fresh Parsley , Lemon , Mixed Herbs , Breadcrumbs , Chicken Breast , Eggs

    Serves: 4 

    • 1/2 Lemon
    • 5g Ginger
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
    • 1/4 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
    • 1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
    • 1 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
    • 500g Chicken Breast
    • 2 Eggs
    • 50ml Oil
    • 1/5 Salt & Pepper
    • 1/2 Kilo Frozen Chips
    • 30cm Frying Pan

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Extra time:5min setting  ›  Ready in:1hour20min 

    1. Oven Cook 1/2 Kilo Frozen Chips At 180'C.
    2. Crack 2 Eggs Into A Bowl Then Mix The Egg Add 1/2 Lemon 5g Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley And 1/4 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs Then Mix It All Together.
    3. Get The 500g Chicken Breast And Cut It Up Into 10 Slices Then Put It On A Plate And Leave It Till Later.
    4. Get Some Grease-Proof Paper And Put The Bread Crumbs On It Then Get the Chicken Breast Slices And The Egg Bowl.
    5. When It's Been 30 Mins Since You Put The Chips On Turn Them Over.
    6. Put One Slice At A Time Into The Egg Bowl And Then Dip In The Breadcrumbs Then Lay It Down On A Plait.
    7. Get A 30cm Frying Pan And Put Olive Oil 1cm Thick Then Slowly Put The Slices In The Frying Pan Cook The Slices For 3 - 5 Mins On Each Side Till They Look Cooked Then Lay The Cooked Pieces On A Plait. Then Get The Cooked Chips And Put Them On The Same Plate As The Chicken Schnitzel.
    8. Get Everyone's Plates And Set Them On The Table Then Get The Chips And Schnitzel And Put It On The Table Then Your Ready To Ear.

    Use for leftovers

    When Everyone's Finished If There Are Leftovers Leave Then On The Plate And Put Them In The Fridge.
