Cook all chopped vegetables i use a vegetable salt mix a good pinch to season once cooked remove and set asside.
Use a cooking spray put the 1.5kg beef mince keep the cooking over so it doesnt burn.Remove now cook chicken mince in repeat steps.Now add all cooked ingredients together.
Now add the 2 jars of ragaletto classic ramano and cheese sauce now i fill one jar three quaters full of cold water and shake all the sauce from 2 jars and mix to combine.
Turn the heat down and keep stirring until sauce lightly thickens.
Next i use a large square dish i use a piece of papper towling and wipe margarine over the sides and base.remove from the heat allow meat and veg to cool down abit.
Throw a couple of scoops of cooked meat and veg on base of dish then line base with fresh sheets lasagna and then meat and sheets again till you get to the top now spread cheese on top and drizzle bechemel sauce over the top put in oven now i have a very old oven and i put mine on 400f or 200c
