Salmon Alfredo Pasta

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 Salmon Steaks
    • 300g Penne Pasta
    • 325g Delmaine Alfredo Sauce
    • 150g Sliced Black Olives
    • 100g Sliced Pickles
    • 50g Sliced Mushrooms
    • 1 Garlic Colve crushed
    • 1 Large Onion Diced
    • 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil

    1. Firstly slice the Garlic, Onions, Olives, Pickles And Mushrooms and put them aside, Heat up your frying pan add you oil and place in your samlon steaks skin side down and simmer.
    2. As your Salmon is simmering, put on a pot of water to cook the pasta, Check the bottom of the salmon as you want it to just start turnig brown before you turn them over.
    3. When the pot is Boling add the pasta, When you do this turn the heat for the salmon down to low and add your Garlic and Onion the the pan.
    4. Once the pasta is cooked add your Alfredo Sauce and your Pickles, Olives and Mushrooms, By the time you do this your salmon should be cooked so take it off the heat
    5. Place Pasta on a plate add the Salmon steak ontop, Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Serving suggestion

    Add a nice crisp salad on the side

    you can pre-cook the salmon or pasta earlier on in the day so then all you would need to do would be heat it up

    Make it healthier

    insted of frying the salmon you cane bake it in the oven.
