Lamp Kebab (with rich flavors)

It's my personal understanding for the way meat should be eaten. I believe you will not stop doing it as my friends always ask me to prepare such meal for all of our beach gatherings.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 800 gr minced lamp
- 1 rap fine choped parsley
- 1 fine dicied onion
- 3 cloves mashed grlic
- 3 tsp cumin powder
- 2 crushed dried limes
- 1 tsp crushed dried red peper
- 1.5 tsp blk/wt peper
- 1.5 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients.
shape it as you would feel comfortable.- grill or bake for 10 mins ans serve it in plats with your favorite salad and bread or rice.
