Scrambled Eggs " farm fresh"

    Simple way to cook fresh eggs.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 eggs(fresh and cage free)
    • half a cup low fat milk
    • a pinch rosemary
    • a pinch thyme
    • a quarter cup parsley
    • season black cracked pepper
    • season lite salt
    • knob butter (low salt)

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Crack eggs into glass bowl and whisk for a half a minute.Add milk and whisk for a half a minute.
    2. Add herbs and gently blend into mixture.Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Melt butter in pan and add mixture
    4. Cook on medium heat for 6 minutes and then fold slowly into itself,then start breaking up the eggs and cook further for 4 minutes.
    5. Toast your favorite bread and butter up and place on plate and serve scrabbled eggs.Garnish with some parsley and black pepper.


    Try and use fresh herbs where you can and make sure you acquire fresh cage free eggs.
