Gourmet Cocktail Spring Rolls

    A great gourmet Chinese/Spanish Party platter that everyone can enjoy!

    Makes: 50 

    • 4 carrots
    • 2 leeks
    • 1/8 bunch vietnamese mint
    • 200g cabbage, Chinese wom bok
    • 2 onions, red or Spanish
    • 150ml sweet chilli sauce
    • 150ml kecap manis sauce
    • 120g button mushroom
    • 50 spring roll wrappers
    • half a bunch fresh coriander

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Ready in:12min 

    1. Cut vegetables into long strips, cook and allow to cool.
    2. Place ingredients at one end of spring roll paper.
    3. Fold spring roll paper over ingredients by 1cm, fold in sides and continue rolling.
    4. Fry for 2 min or until ends are golden.

    Serving suggestion

    Serve on a round platter plate when serving.
