Eggplant Crisps

    Fried eggplant chips (or crisps).

    • 1 large Eggplant
    • or 4-5 small Eggplants
    • to taste Seasoning

    Preparation:3min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:23min 

    1. Cut eggplant into fairly thin rounds.
    2. Brush both sides with oil/fat of your choice.
    3. Place eggplant in pan or on grill and cook 5-10 minutes per side (depends on size and thickness of rounds).
    4. Toss with whatever seasoning you want.


    It is important to note that the thicker the eggplant rounds are, the quicker they will lose their crispness.
