Black Plum Sauce

    35 minutes

This is a small batch of sauce that will make one small bottle worth. I put it together after realising I didn't need bottles and bottles of the stuff sitting around. Its tangy and has a hint of warmth and spice to the sweetness of the plums.Goes well with chicken, fish or as a dip for chips.
