    An easy snack for any occasion you find, early morning, or late at night. My fiancee's recipe from America where they make it with Graham crackers. I substituted scotch finger biscuits but any sweet biscuit would do.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 25 g Raisins
    • 25 g Chocolate chips
    • 75 g Smooth Peanut Butter
    • 1 Banana
    • 1 pkg Scotch finger biscuits

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Combine chocolate chips and raisins in a bowl.
    2. Then gently add in the peanut butter,mixing well.
    3. Once it is all incorporated, peel open a banana leaving one side of the peel on the banana,
    4. Then slice it into thin (2-3 mm) slices.
    5. Place two slices of banana on 1 scotch finger biscuit
    6. Scoop up a dollop of the peanut butter mixture and spread it on top of the two slices of banana. Enjoy
