Amazing Chicken Tikka Masala

    An amazing tasting tikka masala using chicken breast, prepared tandoori past, garlic, fresh red chillies, cumin, paprika, cream and tinned tomatoes.

    Serves: 8 

    • 4 chicken breast
    • 290g tandoori paste
    • 2 cloves garlic, diced
    • 2 red chillies, diced
    • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
    • 2 tablespoons ground cummin
    • 2 tablespoons paprika
    • 250ml thinckend cream
    • 800g tinned diced tomatoes
    • 2 onions, diced

    1. Dice chicken, put in a bowl, pour over tandoori paste then put it in the fridge while preparing.
    2. Add garlic and chilli into a frying pan with oil and for 1 minute. Add cumin and paprika then cook for another minute.
    3. Add cream, tomatoes, onion into the frying pan then stir for 1 minute. Add chicken and leave to simmer for half an hour on low or until cooked through. Serve with rice : )
