Balieys Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

    Serves: 8 

    • 500g Tararua Cheesecake Filling
    • 250g Wine biscuits
    • 150g Butter, melted
    • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
    • 100ml Original Baileys - to taste
    • Heresy's Chocolate Sauce

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Extra time:2hours freezing  ›  Ready in:2hours20min 

    1. Place wine biscuits in a food processor, process into crumbs, add melted butter and pulse to combine.
    2. Press the crumb mixture evenly into the base ad halfway up the sides of a 22 cm springform tin.
    3. Turn the Tararua Cheesecake Filling into a microwave proof bowl and microwave on full power for 1-2 minutes. Beat until smooth.
    4. Mix in Chocolate chips and baileys as desired Pour onto base and smooth. swirl over top Chocolate sauce and freeze.


    You can refrigerate if dessert is to be eaten that day, or remove from freezer a few hours before required.
