    Delicious alternative to the regular lasagne, lovely and creamy and suitable for all the family!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 350g Chicken
    • 225g Broccoli
    • 1 Lage onion (finely sliced)
    • 75g Butter
    • 75g Flour
    • 575ml Chicken stock
    • 275ml Milk
    • 100g Sweetcorn
    • 1tsp mixed herbs
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • 50g Mature cheese
    • Lasagne sheets

    Directions
    Preparation:30min  ›  Cook:35min  ›  Ready in:1hour5min 

    1. Chop chicken into small pieces until almost cooked.
    2. Chop broccoli into small pieces and boil until almost cooked.
    3. Melt butter into a large saucepan, fry onion gently for 5 minutes. Add flour and cook for a further 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat, add stock & milk gradually stirring continuously. Return pan to the boil, still stirring, simmer until sauce thickens
    4. Remove Sauce from heat, add chicken broccoli, sweetcorn, herbs, salt & pepper. stir thoroughly.
    5. In a medium-large oven proof dish, layer sauce & lasagne sheets, aiming to get a minimum of 3 lasagne layers. Finish with a layer of sauce, sprinkle with cheese & bake for 35 mins 200 degrees c/ gas mark 6.
