    Easy to make Gluten and dairy free cornflake cookies.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 36 3 dozen.

    • 3 cups cornflakes
    • 1/2 cup sultanas
    • 1/2 cup dried canberries
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • ½ cup Approx mixed seeds – sunflower, sesame, pepitas etc
    • 1 beaten egg
    • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
    • 1 tablespoon melted margarine
    • 1 teaspoon each Vanilla, golden syrup, and honey

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Melt margarine with sugar and pour over dry ingredients
    2. Mix beaten egg with oil, and add to mixture
    3. Mix altogether and spoon in patty pans.
    4. Bake in oven 150 deg for 10 minutes.
    5. Optional – soy or gluten free flour, chia seed, cocoa powder, dairy free compound chocolate, gluten free quick-oats.

    To be gluten free Kellogs Corn Flakes cant be used, they have barley malt in them. - 10 Jan 2015
