Get a small saucepan fill with water and place 3 eggs into it. Put on stove to boil. When boiling time for 3 minutes and then take off the heat. Put boiled eggs to the side.
Roughly chop up your onion and garlic.
Add oil into a medium saucepan and gently saute onion and garlic.
Add pinch of chilli and saute for a further minute.
Open tin of tomatoes and empty into saucepan.
Open tin of beans (rinse if necessary) and empty into saucepan. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Cut up eggs and place into bowls. Pour soup mixture over eggs and serve!
This soup goes excellently with either plain buttered toast or garlic bread....
