    • PINCH SALT
    • 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL

    1. YOU SIFF THE FLOUR
    2. ADD THE SALT AND VINIGER
    3. MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS MAKE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE THEN POUR THE WATER. AFTER THAT WORK THE DOUGH UNTIL IT IS NOT STICKY. ADD THE OIL AND WORK UNTIL THE OIL HAS BEEN ABSORBED.
    4. YOU THEN COVER WITH A CLOTH AND LEAVE IT THERE FOR HALF AN HOUR.
    5. YOU SEPERATE YOUR DOUGH INTO 6-7 BALLS.
    6. YOU PUT SOME FLOUR ON YOUR KITCHEN TABLE AND WITH YOUR WOODEN ROLLING PIN YOU OPEN YOUR DOUGH SO THAT IT IS THIN. YOU THEN PLACE IT ON YOUR BAKING TRAY AND DO THE REST.

    Tip

    BECAUSE IT IS HARD TO OPEN YOUR DOUGH YOU CAN USE A BIT OF EXTRA FLOUR WHILE SPREADING YOUR DOUGH.
