We beat the white eggs for 20 min until thick.In another bowl we mix all the dry ingredients. We then gently mix the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon in the egg. Careful not to mix too hard. We then pour the mixture in a buttered tray No 30 and we bake at 180 degrees for 50 min.
We then make the syrup by mixing all the ingredients in a pot. When it starts to boil we mix for 10 min. When our cake is ready we pour our syrup using a ladel.
Leave to cool and enjoy a delious greek walnut cake!
