Very Tasty Soft Chocolate Icing

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 For a cake aprox. 45 x 35 cm

    • 100g dark chocolate
    • 250g sour cream

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours15min 

    1. Put some water in a dish and bring it to boil. Then place a smaller dish on the top of it; put there chocolate broken into small pieces and stir until it melts.
    2. Remove from the heat and thoroughly stir in sour cream.
    3. Decorate your cake and let it chill in the fridge.
