Healthiest Tuna Salad

    This is a favourite tuna salad of mine. A nice crunch and LOTS of low-fat flavour.

    Serves: 2 

    • 142g tin tuna, drained
    • 1 celery stalk
    • 1 spring onion
    • 30ml salsa, chunky
    • 15ml tamari soy sauce
    • 56g cottage cheese, lowfat
    • 60g red capsicum, chopped, optional

    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Chop celery, spring onion and any optional ingredients.
    2. Combine all ingredients together.
    3. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
    4. Use as a topping for crisps, a filling for a sandwich, or just straight eating!
