best lasagne ever

    Serves: 6 

    • 500gm mince
    • 1pk tomato soup
    • 1 jar pasta extra garlic sauce
    • 1/2 cup colby cheese
    • 2 tbsp flour
    • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 tin italian style tomatoes
    • 1 pack lasagna pasta (not sheets)
    • 2 tbsp butter

    Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. In a large pot. brown mince, add in tomato sauce, tin tomatoes, 1 pack of tomato soup, let this simmer on a low heat for 20 mins ensure you keep a good eye on this so it doesn't burn. Put pasta in pot with water and bring to the boil.
    2. while you simmer the mix, melt the butter stir in flour, add milk once flour is stired in, once thicken add cheese and stir and take off the heat.
    3. once pasta has boiled remove and drain Add pasta to mince mix. Fold pasta into mince, put into large deep dish, spread over cheese sauce, if you wish you can add more cheese on top of the cheese sauce.
    4. Put into oven on 200c once brown on top remove once done, this will take about 20 mins, leave to stand for 10 mins as it is very hot!
