    One of my own recipes my guests always enjoy at a dinner party

    Serves: 6 

    • 6 ripe tomatoes
    • 4 bacon rashes
    • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
    • 1 sache tomato paste
    • 1 diced onion
    • 1 cup grated cheese cheddar
    • 1 oil or butter

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Cut tomatoes in half scoop out the centre set the tomato shells aside.
    2. Heat frypan add tomato pulp, bacon onion and fry until soft add tomato paste then add bread crumbs and mix until it forms a paste
    3. Put paste into tomato shells cover with grated cheese and bake in oven for 15 minutes on 150 deg or until cheese is melted and golden brown
